Fearless
“Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.”
A teacher for whom I was substituting had this posted in her classroom, and it rang true with me. As I look at philosophies and belief systems around the world, I see a common truth: by letting go of one’s fears, we become closer to the source, whatever that may be to the individual. Words like “trust” and “faith” are fundamental human ideas. The process of materializing these concepts harmonizes my process of living these truths. To do what I love, which is take in the beauty of my environment and the value of being human and translate it into artwork, and let all of the little details of living fall into place is my version of leaping and letting the net appear.
